Honorary degrees for artists Noble and Webster 

Tim Noble and Sue Webster met while they were fine art students at Nottingham Trent University in the 1980s. The rest, as they say, is history. They went on to become internationally recognised collaborative artists. And they’ve have just been awarded with an honorary degree from the place where it all began.

Salamanda Tandem receives major lottery grant

Congrats to Notts-based Salamanda Tandem who have been awarded £93,000 from the National Lottery to develop their work in disability arts across the East Midlands. The funding will allow them to research and develop their work and run arts training and mentoring schemes for a wide section of people with disabilities in the region.

Competition for East Midlands arts students – final call

Hey arts students, you’ve got just a few days to register your entry for the 2010 Healthcare and Bioscience iNet Art Competition.
