		<description>UKFC closure? These things are harder to kill off than you think. There will remain the opportunity to apply for Lottery funding. To deal effectively with the number of submissions made, they&#039;ll need to hire people to assess them. And guess who they&#039;re likely to be? People just made jobless by the UKFC&#039;s franchises. While I know that the UKFC and their local branch EM Media have done some good work, I also welcome the wind of change that will shake some of the deadwood out of the system, and the bullshit and personal politics that went with it.</description>
