This is the fourth Light Night we’ve seen in Nottingham and surely the biggest for both visitor turnout and the number of events.
Many of the events and installations are also going to be on tonight, 19 February (‘Lite Night’), so if you missed it yesterday, there’s still time.

This week’s guest blogger, Tom Hill, collaborated with Trish Evans, Nottingham Parkour and Urban Revolution on the ‘Pipeline: They Came Running’ installation.

On the left, Tim Haylnes’ ‘Prodigal_sunbeams’ in the garden at Bromley House Library. On the right, some kind of… peacock? Not sure. There were two of them though, accompanied by a guy dressed as an arctic explorer.

‘Calming Light’ at St Mary’s Church: candles and choral music.
