A Bank Holiday Monday. You’re not at work (well, some of you are – sorry). The world is out there (a bit grey and damp but still…) So much to see. So much to do. And here you are reading this blog! This can only mean one thing.
You are a perfect candidate to join our team!
If you fancy becoming a member of our team then you will need:
- a bit of time to spare or excellent multitasking skills
- a creative nature (you don’t have to work in the creative industries)
- good crisp writing skills
You’ll need to commit to meeting up with the team once a month (cake is provided) and to writing blog posts every 6-8 weeks. If you’re a dab hand with social media or other web content then that’d be great but it’s not essential.
If you’re interested in volunteering for us, working with a team of lovely people and helping to connect the creative communities of this great city, then please drop us an email. We’ll invite you to our next meeting to introduce yourself and see if you’re right for us and we’re right for you.

Hi …. I’m a kinda trans-Atlantic Brit / American “inter-disciplinary artist” (dance, music, theatre, video, installation etc etc) …. plugging into the Notts scene.
I’m here until November this time. Would love to get involved if that can happen on a trans-Atlantic basis.
cheers

Hi, im a final year Interactive Media student at Notts Trent, i freelance as a Web / Front end designer in my spare time. I’m an (increasingly) active twitter user and have been an active blogger on my own work during term time – though i’ve always had intentions to blog permanently on my own progress and the outside industry I work in.
Though the web and graphic design is my general interest, i am also a member at Antenna and Broadway and so i have outside interests.
Thanks.
Hello there,
My name is Lucie Moore and I’m a second year Print Journalism Student at Nottingham Trent University. For my course I have to be an avid social network user (somewhat addicted as well!)
I have links at the council and am interested in essentially everything Nottingham based.
I’ve written for the Newark Advertiser, am a member at Broadway cinema and actively take part in Nottingham night life as much as possible.
I’d love to be even more in touch with the creative folk that Nottingham has to offer.
Thanks.
